Please provide your name, address, email and phone number inside of your packaging. Do not include a P.O. Box address as we are unable to ship to it. Please do not send entire block set if only certain items are defective.

If returning a knife or shear: To comply with the U.S. Postal regulations, items must be wrapped to protect their point and edges from cutting through the box or padded envelope in which they are mailed.

ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS will examine the knives and if there is a manufacturer's defect; you will be sent a replacement. Replacements take 4 to 6 weeks.
