CLASSIC 2 PC Carving Set

As a struggling college student I held a number of jobs including several as a cook and was introduced to professional grade cutting tools. That experience (and others) convinced me that a few outstanding tools were better than a drawer full of junk. This Christmas, 35 years later my wife gave me two small sets of Henckels knives. Using them that night to carve the Christmas roast reaffirmed my decision, giving smooth, easy action and precision I haven't experienced in many years. The other day my wife had the opportunity to use one (her first experience with a quality knife) and was amazed, declaring she could feel the difference just holding it in her hand. The family has been instructed on proper care with dire warnings of doom should they appear abandoned in the sink or dishwasher!
