Slice anything without an effort. I use it to slice, dice, or cut anything from veggies to a chicken or even filleting a chicken Brest or salmon very thin. This series is like the high middle of all the ones you can buy, I think this is where you want to be if your not a pro chef but just enjoy cooking and cutting with an excellent knife.
The weight of the knive is well balanced, and is just the right weight. The steel is hard as a rock, can't be bent. A very solid construction. Good price overall, your making an investment for a knife that will last forever. Looks very nice with the metal bottom. Sharp is an under statement. Grips all types of foods from tomatoes to meats.
Really nothing ... If I had to be picky about anything ... It would be (even though its stainless steel) the knife spots easily, for instance if your cooking and you leave it sitting for a few with the juice of an onion that i cut, let's say the juice drys... Sometimes it's hard just to wipe it off ... So what I do is just run water over it and quickly it comes right off. So that's a slight con but who cares I usually have the water running next to me anyway. But if I had to pick something thats the only thing.
